As a workplace mediator, I offer guided discussions for change. My work in 'removing obstacles' is a result of my commitment to foster growth and new insight for myself and others. I have an appreciation for people and I enjoy creating interactions that result in deep personal development for everyone involved. I do this work in search of  'a better way'. My desire to help people in discord has led me to work assignments in Canada, England, Germany, India and the United States. Through these experiences I continue to deepen my appreciation for collaborative efforts throughout the world. 

My 23 years of workplace experiences serves as my greatest teacher and my formal training includes a BS Degree from NC State University along with a certification by the Mediation Training Institute International. I also serve on the Executive Committee of Directors for The Alliance of AIDS Services * Carolina. My wife, Jean and I currently live in Raleigh, NC.
